capacity, Latner.ng acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Landlord, processing such data in
accordance with the Landlord's instructions and our Terms and Conditions. Landlords are
responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for collecting and processing their tenants'
Personal Data through our Service.
